药品标签印刷我们怎么选择?

1、承印材料的选择

当前药品标签大都采用铜版纸不干胶材料印刷,这类承印材料印刷出的药品标签既经济又美观。药品标签印刷企业在确认了承印材料的种类之后,就要在众多品牌的铜版纸不干胶材料中做出选择,须坚持“只选对的,不选贵的”原则,采用性能优异、质量稳定、性价比高的铜版纸不干胶材料。

2、油墨的选择

通常铜版纸不干胶材料对油墨的要求并不高。选择流动性好、干燥性能佳的油墨即可在铜版纸不干胶材料上呈现出较好的印刷效果。鉴于药品标签上的使用说明文字较多且字号较小,因而建议采用特黑油墨进行印刷,以保证文字墨色饱满,也减少了因普通黑墨墨量过大干燥不充分而出现细小文字蹭脏的情况。除此之外,虽然不同品牌的印刷油墨具备一定的互换性,但因其混合使用时存在性能不稳定的因素,所以生产中避免将不同品牌的油墨混合使用。

3、印前工艺控制
3. Prepress process control
印前设计人员应根据客户的要求和本公司生产设备的工艺特点对药品标签原稿进行制作和修改。药品标签原稿处理完成之后,设计人员根据发排检点表(包括镂空、出血、套印、色标、规矩线、文字内容等)认真对药品标签原稿进行检点,检点完成后需由相关负责人员再次校对,确认无误后方可出胶片、制作印版。印版制作完成之后,要注意清洁和保存。
The prepress designer should make and modify the original drug label according to the requirements of customers and the process characteristics of the company's production equipment. After the original drug label is processed, the designer carefully checks the original drug label according to the release and layout check list (including hollowing out, bleeding, overprint, color code, regular line, text content, etc.), and the relevant responsible personnel shall proofread it again after the check is completed, and the film and plate can be produced after confirmation. After plate making, pay attention to cleaning and preservation.
如果不注意印版的保存环境,印版就会产生形变,柔韧性会降低,从而可能导致印刷时药品标签套印不准或细小文字(尤其是标点符号)出现断笔、断划的现象。因而,印版应平放并密闭保存,版房的温度控制在(23±2)℃,湿度保持在(55±5)%。
If you don't pay attention to the storage environment of the printing plate, the plate will deform and its flexibility will be reduced, which may lead to inaccurate overprint of drug labels or the phenomenon of broken pens and strokes in small words (especially punctuation marks) during printing. Therefore, the plate should be kept flat and sealed. The temperature of the plate room should be controlled at (23 ± 2) ℃ and the humidity should be kept at (55 ± 5)%.
4、印后模切加工
4. Post press die cutting
大多数药品标签的尺寸规格较小,对模切精度要求较高。尽管圆压圆模切能够很好地控制模切压力,但鉴于成本较高,中、短版活件通常以平压平模切为主。而平压平模切存在模切刀模的尺寸规格小、模切压力不好调整,模切难度大的缺点。若采用平压平模切,则需选择平整度好、耐压、厚度为1~2mm的模切底板;应遵循“从小到大、慢慢增大”的原则调整模切压力。调整局部模切压力时,尽量采用“少刮底板,多衬垫底板”的方法。这样保证了模切压力的稳定性和调节的灵活性。

When adjusting the local die cutting pressure, try to use the method of "less scraping the bottom plate, more backing plate". This ensures the stability of die-cutting pressure and flexibility of adjustment.
