  印刷流程

  1、大部分采用一样的流程。不干胶印刷的工序主要是在标签机上一次性进行也就是说一台机器可以完成标签印刷的多个不同流程。

  为了保护不干胶标签的印刷图纹和提升标签的品质,很多不干胶标签印刷后都选择了覆膜、上光和烫金等表面整饰处理。烫金根据不干胶标签的加工方式,其烫金方法分为单张纸烫金和卷筒纸烫金。单张纸烫金向传统的烫金工艺相同,在专用烫金机上加工。卷筒纸烫金是在标签联动机上完成的,是应用更广泛的一种加工方式。
