即涂复合——在覆膜机上完成。复合过程是:首先,在卷筒BOPP薄膜表面涂布粘合剂,并经烘干装置使粘合剂中的溶剂挥发,然后在复合工位上将单张纸同卷筒膜复合,在热滚筒挤压下二者成为一体,完成覆膜加工。

有底纸复合膜复合——在标签机上进行,使用有底纸的专用复合膜,在复合装置的作用下覆膜。这是一种传统的覆膜方式。近年来已被使用无底纸复合膜的工艺所代替。

无底纸复合膜复合——在标签机上进行,覆膜原理同有底纸复合膜复合工艺基本相向。无底纸膜靠自身材料的表面光滑度(表面张力)复卷后代替底纸,粘合剂同其表面粘合后,还可剥离,且不残留胶迹。无底纸膜所用的材料为低表面张力的BOPP薄膜。无底纸膜覆膜成本低,是目前使用更广泛的一种覆膜材料。

Drum material dry lamination is suitable for large quantities of label products with good quality and low cost. After the film covering, the roll label is usually processed by die cutting and waste discharge on the processing machine, such as some battery labels and wine labels.
UV覆膜工艺——国外工艺,主要应用在有UV干燥装置的机组型轮转标签机上。工艺原理是:覆膜材料表面由普通印刷单元首先印上UV粘合剂,粘合剂经UV干燥装置固化后,成为压敏胶。而后将普通BOPP薄膜(一般复合面已经电晕处理)在覆膜工位同卷筒材料复合,完成覆膜加工。UV覆膜成本低,复合膜张力变化小,不需专用薄膜,适合高速生产。UV覆膜是一项有发展前途的工艺,目前在欧美发达国家已经应用。

UV coating is a promising technology, which has been applied in developed countries in Europe and America.
