    不干胶标签气泡是终端用户在贴标过程中经常会碰到的现象,造成该原因的因素主要有以下几种:

    1.胶水涂布不均匀:胶水涂布不均主要是薄膜供应商在涂布胶水时发生的工艺缺陷。

    2.贴标机压轮设计不佳,压力不够:一般自动贴标机主要部件包括放卷轮、缓冲轮、导向辊、驱动辊、收卷轮、剥离板和压轮(贴标辊)。自动贴标的过程是贴标机上的传感器发出贴标物体准备贴标的信号后,贴标机的驱动轮转动。由于卷筒标签在装置上为张紧状态,当底纸紧贴剥离板改变运行方向时,标签由于自身材料具有的一定的坚挺度,前端被强迫脱离底纸,准备贴标,此时贴标物体恰好位于标签的下部,在压轮的作用下将脱离底纸的标签均匀平整贴敷在物体上。贴标后,卷筒标签下面的传感器发出停止运行的信号,驱动轮静止,一个贴标循环结束。如果贴标机的压轮在压力设定或者结构设计方面存在缺陷,也会造成不干胶标签贴标过程中的起泡,请重新调整压轮的压力或者协调贴标机的厂家解决。

If there are defects in the pressure setting or structural design of the pressure roller of the labeling machine, it will also cause blistering during the labeling process. Please readjust the pressure of the pressure wheel or coordinate with the manufacturer of the labeling machine to solve the problem.

    3.静电效应:对于薄膜类材料,静电也会引发标签上的气泡。出现静电主要有二方面的原因:一是与气候和环境有关,气候寒和空气干燥是静电产生的主要原因。
